My name is Ayyuce, and I'm a machine learning engineer and researcher. I hold a bachelor's degree in computer engineering. My research interests are graph-based multi-omics integration methods, prediction of cancer subtypes, drug discovery, and multimodal protein language models. Currently, my focus is on vision-language models for medicine. I'm currently looking for Ph.D. positions.

I’m interested in staying up-to-date with the novel research and techniques in my field. I enjoy learning new things and am always looking for new challenges and exploring innovative approaches. Resume is available upon request.
