I am a doctoral researcher in the Bozdag Lab at the University of North Texas, pursuing my PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. My research focuses on graph-based multi-omics integration, cancer biomarker discovery using machine learning, and spatial transcriptomics expression prediction from WSI data.

I'm interested in staying up-to-date with the novel research and techniques in my field. I enjoy learning new things and am always looking for new challenges and exploring innovative approaches. Resume is available upon request.
